Rumors are swirling about a 40 date tour for Van Halen this summer. The tuor will feature original front man David Lee Roth. Notably missing will be original bass Michael Anthony. Playing bass will be Eddie’s Son Wolfgang.

Van Halen is one of my favorite bands yet I am having a hard time getting excited for a potential tour. There has been way too much melodrama over the years. Also there has been much discussion regarding Eddie’s lackluster playing as of late. Here is a video of Eddie playing at the 2007 Namm show in January.
