| Face the music: PSU's festivals failing (Penn State Collegian) With Movin' On happening a few weeks ago and Wallypalooza going down on Thursday, Penn State has sunk nearly $130,000 into a pair of music festivals that are ultimately worthless. Fans flock to concert for headliner (Penn State Collegian) The Spill Canvas plays on the HUB lawn Saturday at Movin' On. The South Dakota band headlined the event, which broke its 15-year curse of rain. The group also had a meet-and-greet session with fans earlier in the day. Group plans music festival (Penn State Collegian) UPUA will sponsor a free outdoor music event on April 30 called Wallypalooza.
