| Crime (Clarion Online) Harassment from Nelson window During a routine patrol at 2:24 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11, a Campus Safety officer noticed a situation developing at the entrance to the N parking lot near Nelson Hall. A DU student and three other people were walking south on the 2200 block of South High Street when they began to be harassed by unidentified parties in a second floor residence hall room window. Gloucester Police/Fire (Gloucester Daily Times) Arrests A Montvale Avenue man was arrested following a two-car accident at the intersection of the Route 128 extension and Eastern Avenue on Sunday afternoon. Richard M. Kelley, 46, of 17 Montvale Ave., Apt. 10, was charged with drunken driving, fleeing the scene after a person was injured and after causing property damage following the accident, which occurred at 4:47 p.m. Sunday.
