The Hips Don’t Lie hitmaker, Shakira, has spoken again about starting a family, but the seductive Columbian doesn’t intend on tying the knot.
The 32-year-old Grammy winner says she loves her boyfriend Antonio de la Rúa very much and she’s hoping to take their relationship to the next level by having babies even if they are not married. She says she doesn’t need a ring on her finger to become a mother. “I don’t worry about the fact we’re not married,” Showbiz Spy quotes Shakira saying. “We function as a married couple even though we are not married.”

Shakira, who got engaged in 2001, still wears her engagement ring on her middle finger as it is too big for her. “But we have been together for nine years. We are committed to each other and have thought about having babies. I wanna reproduce so bad!”
Her statement came in less than a month since she said she had become “less sexually conservative” with age and that she had let her inner ‘She Wolf’ come out. She told The Sun that sex was the “ultimate human expression. Women have this primary, basic, animalistic urge. It goes beyond sex,” and that “About 15 years ago I used to dream about getting married, wearing the dress, inviting loads of people. Now I dream about procreating. I dream about growing old with the person I really love.”
“I’m less shy now that I hit my 30’s,” she told Fox News. “After that happens you feel a little bit more free, you accept yourself in many different ways and your more comfortable in your own flesh.
“I’m not a trained dancer. I did a little bit of gymnastic when I was 12; everything else it’s just me feeling the music. But I do have an unorthodox ways to approve my music or test it.
“When I’m in the studio and I’m producing my own music, [I've got to] make sure I connect to it at a physical level. My body has to move and my hips have to move and if I don’t see that kind of reaction, that physical reaction, then I know that something is not working.”
Her fans were glad that she wants to procreate so bad and hope that She Wolf’s baby will inherit his mother talent.
