News Briefs (North Little Rock Times) Shop with a cop program dates set The third annual Shop with a Cop program with the North Little Rock Police Department has completed the planning stages. Toby Keith's 'Biggest & Baddest Tour' coming to Peoria Civic Center (The Pantagraph) PEORIA -- A country double-header and an annual all-star Christian rock tour have been added to the January slate at the Peoria Civic Center Arena. TobyMac to jam in Peoria this winter (Peoria Journal Star) Winter Jam 2009, the Christian music tour featuring TobyMac (pictured), NewSong, Francesca Battistelli, Hawk Nelson, The Afters and Tony Nolan is headed to the Peoria Civic Center at 7 p.m. Jan. 23.
