According to web reports, Ghostface Killah will make a short visit in the United Kingdom this May for a very quick tour.

On his trip, the Wu-Tang Clan American rapper Dennis Coles (born May 9, 1970), better known by his stage name Ghostface Killah, will perform three nights in London, Bristol and May.

The mini-tour will see Ghostface Killah supporting his most recent solo record ‘The Big Doe Rehab’ that was released two years ago, on December 4, 2007. Ghostface returned in 2008 with a pair of compilations: The Wallabee Champ (rarities and B-sides) and GhostDeini the Great (including remixes, alternate versions, and career highlights). Besides, in a recent interview, Ghostface Killah said that his next project is going to be an R&B-inspired album. It is going to be in the vein of the tracks he has done before with such artists as Ne-Yo and Jodeci.

The singer, who took his name from one of the characters in the 1979 kung fu film Mystery of Chessboxing, will play a gig Saturday 7th February at The Arches in Glasgow. Then he will return in the UK for a three days tour in May: London Scala (May 6), Bristol Academy (May 9) and Manchester University (May 10).

However, Ghostface Killah is not the only rap star to visit UK for playing gigs. Hugely popular US Rap star Coolio, most widely known for his multi-platinum, and Grammy-winning soundtrack ‘Gangsta’s Paradise’, is set to play Tuesday 3rd Feb 2009 at Ministry of Sound – London and Friday 20th Feb 2009 at Halo – Leeds.
