Blythe was accused for pushing Daniel Nosek, a 19-year-old fan, from the stage. The fan hit his head and died from injuries two weeks later. At that time, Blythe was charged with manslaughter and faced five years in a state prison. The singer left Lamb of God and his band members, who were on tour in the U.S., and traveled to Prague to clear his name of such dreadful charges.

Prague’s Municipal court decided in his favor, but the state prosecutor appealed, rejecting the ruling. However, Prague’s High Court gave a final verdict this week and so, Randy Blythe is free of all charges and free to hit the road again with his cohorts.

And when Glover was announced the big winner of the singing contest, she burst into tears and sang her new single, “I Am Beautiful,” while confetti rained down on the stage.

The star officially stated that he feels very proud “of how we forever changed television and the music industry. It’s been a life-changing opportunity but I am looking forward to focusing on my company Dream Merchant 21 and other business ventures.”

Therefore, no matter how painful it is and whether his departure has anything to do or not with Mariah Carey not being the musician/manager’s star client, a thing is certain: Randy Jackson will not be judging on the 13th season of ‘American Idol’.

According to CBS, this year’s show was watched by 2.29 million more viewers than the last year’s edition, reaching the monster figure of 15.38 million viewers, its best ratings since 1998. According to Nielsen, the event was watched by 5.5 million viewers in the 18- to 49-year-old age range, which means a spike of 39% within this demographic group of viewers. Moreover, there was a visible increase of 22% over last year’s vote and 136% over 2012’s online mentions.

The EP features a remix of his worldwide hit with Diplo, 2 Chainz and Tyga, which was supposed to have hit the stream last December. Besides, it also includes remix by Afrojack, the original hit plus an instrumental versions of Diplo’s version.

Tegan and Sara said they are thrilled and honored to co-host the event especially since it’s their first “time at the ‘mtvU Woodie Awards’” and they are also nominated for their song “Body Work with Morgan Page!”. MGK reacted even more bombastic when they heard the news, as co-hosting the event with Tegan And Sara is a major jump from hosting parties.

The new additions on the show’s lineup include Twenty One Pilots, rappers Trinidad James, Travi$ Scott and Joey Bada$$, as well as British indie acts Alt-J and Jake Bugg, who will join previously announced performers Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, A$AP Rocky and Kendrick Lamar, Fun., Grimes, Walk the Moon and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes.
